Sandra Silvestre is the Senior Vice-President for Global Service Delivery of Conventas. Sandra oversees all mission-critical BPO implementations encompassing performance analysis and evaluation. She is responsible for ensuring that all service and performance levels are being met.
Prior to joining Conventas, Sandra worked for International Data Corporation (IDC), the world's largest and leading IT market intelligence firm. At IDC, she managed a wide range of customized research and consulting projects for multinational clients. Sandra also served as a marketing executive for IDC's Philippine operations.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Research (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management (Dean’s Lister) from the Asia Pacific College.
